Submitting an application does not guarantee membership approval, project acceptance, artist availability, a specific appointment, rate, date, or location. Please do not submit payment until your application has been approved by Noxvale.

PURCHASED BALANCE & PROMOTIONAL CREDIT
Purchased Balance is the amount paid by the member. Promotional Credit is separate and is earned proportionally as the corresponding Purchased Balance is redeemed. It is not cash, cannot be withdrawn, and has no refundable cash value.
If 50% of the Purchased Balance from a membership cycle has been redeemed, up to 50% of that cycle’s Promotional Credit becomes available.
RENEWALS
Renewal benefits are determined by the amount paid in each individual renewal transaction. Separate payments, prior spending, and previous membership cycles cannot be combined to qualify for a higher tier.
Renewals require studio approval and are recorded as separate membership cycles. Existing balances do not disappear when a new cycle is approved. Each cycle’s Purchased Balance and Promotional Credit are recorded separately, and no transaction can receive more than 15% Promotional Credit.
ARTISTS & PREFERRED ACCESS
Membership is studio-based and is not assigned to one artist. Members may request appointments with eligible resident and visiting artists working through Noxvale.
Artist availability, project acceptance, current rates, scheduling, and any guest-specific terms still apply.
Members may receive booking opportunities up to 72 hours before general release when scheduling permits. If advance access is unavailable, members may receive priority notice and priority application access.
Preferred access does not guarantee an appointment, specific artist, project acceptance, date, location, rate, or immediate availability.

Membership benefits may be available across participating Noxvale-operated locations as the studio network expands.
As new studios join the program, eligible balances and benefits may be recognized across participating locations, subject to local availability, service eligibility, pricing, applicable law, and the Membership Agreement. Locations that have not been formally designated by Noxvale do not automatically participate.
A MEMBERSHIP DESIGNED TO GROW
The Noxvale Private Collector Membership is designed to evolve with the brand. As Noxvale grows, members may receive access to additional studio experiences, product privileges, collector events, creative services, and future Noxvale clubs.
Future benefits may include member pricing on select merchandise, early access to limited releases, private events, new studio openings, collector experiences, creative services, and eligibility for additional Noxvale clubs.
New benefits may be introduced over time and may vary by tier, location, availability, product, event, campaign, or service.
Future and promotional benefits are discretionary unless expressly included in a signed agreement. Noxvale may introduce, modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue optional benefits without reducing a member’s legally protected Purchased Balance.
MERCHANDISE BENEFITS
Membership balances are intended for eligible tattoo services and may not be used to purchase merchandise, aftercare products, gift cards, or third-party goods unless Noxvale expressly approves otherwise.
Members may receive separate discounts, preferred pricing, or early access on select Noxvale merchandise. Product eligibility and discount rates may vary. Merchandise benefits are separate from tattoo-service balances and do not increase a tier’s Maximum Available Value.
NOXVALE CLUB ACCESS
Private Collector members may receive priority eligibility, preferred access, or special terms for future Noxvale clubs and creative services.
Each club may have separate eligibility requirements, pricing, benefits, participating locations, payment methods, availability, and terms. Private Collector Membership does not automatically include every future club unless specifically stated.
IMPORTANT PROGRAM DETAILS
- Purchased Balance has no planned expiration date, subject to the final agreement and applicable law.
- Membership payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law, where Noxvale is permanently unable to perform, or where Noxvale approves an exception in writing.
- Any approved refund applies only to unused Purchased Balance.
- Promotional Credit cannot be refunded, withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
- Membership status and balances generally may not be sold or transferred.
- Promotional Credit does not automatically combine with other discounts.
- Membership balances cannot be used for gratuities or booking deposits.
- Deposits must be paid separately using a payment method designated by Noxvale and remain subject to the current Booking and Cancellation Policy.
- Balances generally cannot be used for merchandise, aftercare, gift cards, or third-party goods.
- All services are calculated at the artist’s current rate at the time of booking.
- Membership does not guarantee a fixed price, artist, project, date, location, or appointment.
Program details are subject to the final Membership and Stored-Value Agreement. If this page conflicts with the signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Final terms are subject to Washington legal and tax review.

Is my membership connected to one artist?
No. Your membership belongs to the Noxvale brand and is not assigned to one individual artist. Artist availability, project acceptance, current rates, and scheduling still apply.
Can I use my membership at future Noxvale locations?
The program is designed to expand across participating Noxvale-operated locations. New participating studios will be announced as the Noxvale network grows.
How does Promotional Credit unlock?
Promotional Credit unlocks proportionally as the corresponding Purchased Balance is redeemed. It is not cash and has no refundable cash value.
How do renewals work?

Does membership guarantee an appointment?

Can optional benefits change?
Optional and promotional benefits may change as the program evolves. These changes will not erase or reduce a member’s legally protected Purchased Balance.
